This program is intended to help you resolve your traffic violation quickly and easily, with no points on your license and with little or no impact on your automobile insurance policy premiums. This form is divided into three sections: Determine whether or not you are eligible to participate in the program. Provide us with your personal information. Make your payment using your credit card or debit card. You will need your driver's license, a copy of your Standard Driver's Record (Abstract), a picture or scan of your ticket(s) saved in JPG, PDF, PNG, or GIF format, a letter from your insurance company providing coverage for all damages in the event of a motor vehicle accident, and a method of payment (credit/debit card), in order to complete this process.
